As the Chief Operating Officer for Trademark Venues, Andy Conder oversees day-to-day operations across marketing, sales, events, catering, and corporate support teams. At this scale, his role is centered on bringing a vast array of moving parts together—ensuring that teams possess the absolute clarity, systematic accountability, and operational support required to consistently deliver for couples and each other. Andy joined Trademark in 2019 after spending much of his career in finance and technology, helping build one of the largest commercial kitchens and dynamic venue groups in the region.

Most of Andy's work is in North County San Diego. His home in Southern San Diego County gives him a real connection to the whole region. He truly values how each local community is unique, from Vista and Escondido to Temecula and the coast. Those local traits shape the mobile catering experience for every client.

To Andy, a milestone celebration carries a real responsibility that must be protected through disciplined execution driven by genuine pride. Operating 7 days a week across Southern California, including North County, Temecula, and Riverside County, his leadership balances energy and intention on the emotional side of the day with rigorous care behind the scenes to keep the guest experience seamless and memorable.
