From coordinating with vendors to ensuring seamless culinary execution, Courtney's experience has equipped her with grace, poise, and a relentless commitment to delivering unparalleled experiences for guests.

Recognizing her zeal for weddings and events, she wholeheartedly pursued her passion in 2013. Courtney’s tenure at esteemed establishments includes Rancho Bernardo Inn and L’Auberge Del Mar. Following her success in the luxury resort sector, she transitioned to Culinary Concepts, where she served as the Director of Sales.
In this role, she pivoted her focus toward the intricacies of culinary arts and execution, mastering the fusion of high-end gastronomy with event strategy. This expertise became the foundation for her next and current chapter, where she helped launch and expand Gather Catering as their Director of Sales, scaling the brand through innovative service and strategic mobile outreach across Southern California, including North County, Temecula, and Riverside County.
